Hi. I am making a southern California mod for Civ3. It is about the fighting and wars between rival gangs there.

Some possible civs:

Crips
Bloods
Surenos
Police
Civilians

Possible units:

Gangster (maybe just an edit of Guerilla?)
Cop
Guarddog
Civilian
SWAT Team

I'm thinking about making individual streets as cities.

Any thoughts? All help is appreciated :).

well, alot of those units have been made

Ganster
Gangsta'
Cop & SWAT (new unit)
Riot Police
SWAT Sniper (I think it works)
I also know that in the Escape From Zombie Island 2 mod there is a Civilian unit and two different types of dogs that I'm sure are suitable for the scenario (this might be a scenario to look into, it was also a single city mod)
