where can i find out how to create custom flags and stuff? I've looked around and I can't find anything.:king:

I highly recommend the tutorial thread index at this link (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=236836). That is where I learned about making flags. I am sure it describes about making maps too.
