Hi! Trying to mod cities in the world builder (the map not the document). I noticed you can't put anything larger than 1000 for city's culture. Is this supposed to be? If so, I can just change the notepad entry, right?

It is supposed to do that so you just cant enter worldbuilder at any time and win a Cultural or Domination victory at once.

You can change the limitation by editing the CvWorldBuilder.py file, Not sure precisely why the limit is in there at a level that matters, as blocking a victory from being set via worldbuilder is kinda silly (if you are in worldbuilder, you are already cheating, so why worry about allowing an easy victory?). But a limit of SOME level does need to be specified for the formatting of the file at that point.
