Would it be possible to make a "Fleet" For your navy like how you have a Army for your ground troops?

once your Naval Unit reaches Elite it has a chance to become a leader and group other ships into its "fleet" I think that would be wicked!! But im not a programer and I dont think it can be done with the editor..


Anyone workin on something like that?

Wrong forum. And it's not possible. It would need changing by Firaxis.
