I have an idea... Making the military work for you when there not fighting wars! I have a few questions though...
If I add the Worker AI will that negate other AIs?
How do I add the worker buttons to the units?
How do I change work speed? I want your military units to work half as fast as normal workers...
As such they wont be able to build everything... So far the building list I have is...
Road
Camp (this is the only thing scouts and explorers can build)
Fort
Remove Jungle
Remove Forest
Scrub Fallout
If anyone has any other suggestions or comments please feel free...

I just came up with a new idea!
Would it be possible to put improvements on city tiles? I'd like to add forts inside of cities... My reasoning would be there are a lot of cities that are themselves forts...

One more idea I have... Is it possible to add more than one building prerequisite for each unit? And if so, how?

Legions in RFRE can build road, forts and chop or build cottages. Cottages may seem odd, but if a legion were in fort for long enough a town would grow around it to service the needs of the soldiers. It's all in CIV4UnitInfos.xml.
There is a danger with the AI that these units will be off working in lieu of soldiering, even during war time. Legions will only be controlled by the human player for almost the entire game, so I don't have to worry about this too much.

Thank you very much! Is there anyway to remove this danger? Like add something to where when the civ is at war this AI is blocked? Or put less of an Emphasis on this AI?

I don't know. Maybe they will go back to being soldiers when a bad guy gets close, or when they complete their task? So maybe their work rate needs to be higher to limit the busy time??
