This mod adds 3 new governments to the game and tweaks some of the old 6 governments. The new governments are Fascsism, Theocracy, and Corporate Republic. Please try it out and tell me if you think anything needs tweaking. It is not finished yet, but I am hoping that the government tweaking part is finished. Before I change other things like units and some combat and tech things, I want to make sure that the governments are all working and fairly well balanced.
When you unzip it, there should be a ReadMe and the .bic file. The ReadMe just tells you about the mod and the specifics to all the governments. Put the .bic file in with your scenarios and play it just like any other scenario. If you have any problems with this mod, let me know in this thread and we will try to fix them. Also, please post comments about the governments (likes/dislikes, fixes, balances, etc.) in this thread.

Hehe...yes, they are all in CtP aren't they?
Well, I don't think I will be adding the other three unless the editor provides for more flexible things in governments. It was hard enough just to add these three and make them different enough from the other governments that you could tell a difference.
