I got reverted to Vanilla after a fight with my computer. I noticed Tokugawa was aggressive and organized. I made a Protective trait for him and successfully added the free promotions.

I have 3 questions.

1. How can I add building bonuses for defensive buildings?

2. How can I name it properly to display as Protective instead of TXT_KEY_PROTECTIVE?

3. How can I update the civilopedia of these changes?

All of these things are done in xml files. Read the tutorials (see the sticky above) and you will find out how to do this.
