hello, i am new to forums

Currently using BTS 3.17. WHen i am Incan or Persian and atking a city my quechuas and immortals somehow do not receive their respective bonuses vs archers. the +100% and +50% shows up but their total strength doesnt go up for some reason

Most bonuses are taken away fromm the defender, not given to the attacker. The only bonus that doesn't follow this rule is the combat promotions. See Combat Explained (http://www.civfanatics.com/civ4/strategy/combat_explained.php) for a more in depth look.
