I'm putting together a One City Challenge (OCC) PBEM game using Civ4 Vanilla (no need to worry about limits on national wonders). Initial settings are:

balanced map script
permanent alliances enabled
all victory conditions enabled
number of civs = 2 x number of human players
minimum number of humans = 4
speed = normal

All options up for debate. Any interest?
