i played 'a' multiplayer game and it was WAAAAAAy slow. Every turn there was a flashing blue message '' waiting on x''. I messaged the people but they said they were waiting on me! While i was on the xmb, the tur restarted (not waiting on me at all!) and missed half my turn coz of it. Has this happened to anyone else??

So in MP everyone moves simultaneously? How does that work exactly? Also, your post suggests that there is a time limit per turn. Is that the case?

It works kind of like a psuedo RTS (Real Time Strategy) game, in the form of everyone beeing able to move and see what's in their sights at all times for each turn. That means that defenders and attackers is a little bingo who attacks and defends, so being quick/lucky can be to win or loose a city.
So when someone is done with their turn the do the "end turn". And if it's a timed game the clock will start ticking. When the clock has counted all the way down, or everyone has finished their turn, the next turn starts.
