I had a problem with the custom scenarios. I added some new civs to GEM... But when I go to the ancient resource scenario in "custom scenario", I can't edit or change any of the civs that are in the scenario because it seems locked or something...

Does anyone know how to unlock this so I can change the civs, etc.? It does however, let me change the options, so they seem to be working properly as unlocked.
