When i'm in a war i prefer to start using the air units before using the land units. Does anyone know if it is possible to set the units order so that the air units are selected first? As it is now i have to cycle through all my avalable units to use my air units before the land units. It takes so much time when fighting large wars.

The BUG mod (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=268)lets you sort your units in a tile in many ways, including air only, land only and naval only.

Well, thats not exactly what I meant. When your turn starts i would like the air units to be the first units in the cycle, not mixed randomly (or so it seems) as it is now. This would at least for me be a bit timesaver.

It would be really nice to be able to do that. I spend a lot of time de-activating then activating units to be able to move them in the order I want. I also tend to stack units alot and when they aren't moving they are fortified/sleeping. Of course, this means I will occaisionally forget to move a unit or two.

I don't think this is possible but I would even be willing to try a mod that does it.

A mod would be great. I know nothing about how to create mods though :blush:
