What could be a great addition to the game would be the opportunity to arms trade. :sniper: The freedom to build units and sell them to others for gold rather than gifting!!!!! Or in desperate times buy mercenaries from others :eek:

I believe this is possible in RFC. It's a good idea. It would help a lot in fighting proxy wars where you don't want the diplo hits.

I think its a great idea but I think it should generate some diplo hits as well, if you sell arms to one guy the person he's pummelling probably wont appreciate it very much.

Something like a double negative points penalty for "You have traded with our worst enemy!" ?

TheLopez's mercenary mod, which is included in RFC allows you to do this.
