how can i edit a Worldbuilder save to change city plot difference from 2 plots to 1? I'm editing an Earth18civ game and i figure i can make europe more "interesting".

I think you change:

<DefineName>MIN_CITY_RANGE</DefineName>
<iDefineIntVal>2</iDefineIntVal>

to

<DefineName>MIN_CITY_RANGE</DefineName>
<iDefineIntVal>1</iDefineIntVal>

in C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\XML\GlobalDefines.XML
