Please can someone tell me where to find a summary of how to increase health and also happiness. My cities keep stalling when health or happiness hits the 'cap'. Thanks in advance.

Sorry Priam, wrong forum. You have to go to the Civ4 forums. In CivRev there is no problem with happines and health. Try that out instead and you are rid off the problem. ;-)
