I'm having a hard time with the search engine here and its requirement that any search word be 4 letters or more. I can't search for posts on AI behaviour because AI is 2 letters. Now I can't find posts on 'one city civ' or 'OCC' for the same reason. The AI search is probably hopeless, but I was wondering if there is a way to treat 'one city civ' as a phrase to bypass the 4-letters-per-word restriction? I tried enclosing it in quotes, but that didn't work. Anyone have any tips on getting more out of the search engine here?

You can use asterisks in the spaces.

Excellent, thanks. I just -assumed- that wildcards wouldn't work with whitespace characters. :D

OCC = One City Challenge!

Oh man, I'm rolling now, because I was going to post a thread asking why no 'one city civ' threads were around. Thanks. *giggle*

This has come up before and I'll tell you what I told whoever last asked. :)
The search function will not accept three letter terms to search for, but will accept four letter so simply type OCC* into the appropriate box to search from and it will give you all the results that begin with OCC. This will give you a pile of information on the One City Challenge, but also on occlusion and occupations, etc. The best way to avoid this then, is to confine your search to just the Civ 2 or 3 forums, depending on which game you are looking for the OCC for.
Good luck, and merry searching! :goodjob:
