I don't know if this only happens in the mod I'm making, but during gameplay, C3C randomly freezes with a slightly high pitched noise. It happens on average only once each time I play the game, so it's not a major problem.

Is this one of those small design errors, is something wrong with my mod, or is it something else?

I'd try playing regular civ, or a different mod. If you're not seeing that problem with the other types of play, it might be your mod.
