This has got to be about the worst luck. I spent 30 minutes loading an American start, and in 1760, I see this:

I'm not sure if it was calculated correctly, but there were definately no English, french, or dutch colonies in the Americas, according to the replay they had the first city in the Americas, and they were occupy aztec lands and had Inca vassals.

Anyone else see AI UHVs in RAND?

I did encounter 2/3 before (I think it was also spain), but the game crashed before the third condition was possible. it may be more frequent than in regular, but tbh thats not a bad thing. makes you factor that in too and force you to deploy some preventive strategies.

AI Spain wins the UHV very often. You've got to keep an eye on it. Also, unlike what people reported, I have witnessed winning every time "regularly" (no bug). It's just that it's fairly easy to win the Spanish UHV:
-first to found a city in America
-control a mesoamerican territory (RAND is very "magnanimous" with this check)
-no other europeans in america by 1700 (if you play a large map, which means without all euros, this is easier).
