After I beat easily first few waves of REF, king is just not sending rest of army anymore, even thought about 1/3 still left. I tried like 50 turn and nothing happens, checked editor and there are not on map, any idea where is problem? Save of game attached.

I'm sorry this isn't a better reply, but in Colonization 1 this happened to me.
If I sank all the King's ships, the remaining troops never arrived.

(If you've sunk all the King's Men O' War, I congratulate you!)

Apparently sinking all the Kings Fleet will count as Victory, so it shouldn't be it.
