I want to get Nathanial Hawthorne, but earlier in the game I said no to him to get someone else.
Now my political point have built up enough so that I should be able to get him, but I haven't had the option. No one else has him yet either.

Is it possible to select a founding father once you've refused him?

I could be wrong... but I don't think so...

I tried clicking them in the "Founding Fathers" screen and it didn't do anything but maybe I did it wrong.

I think the design intention is that you "save up" or "get what you can", ya know?

I hope this gets fixed in the near future. Or maybe we'll have to wait for Bhruic's patch again, hah!

It does state in the manual that you cannot recruit a FF once you have turned him down.

I must agree that it'd be nice to be able to recruit them later, perhaps even at 2x the cost.
