Here is something i found in the civ4 col read me that may help

On certain video cards, you may experience stuttering during the opening, revolution and victory videos. To eliminate this effect, simply turn the anti-aliasing down to 0x, or set your graphics level to low

it solved my choppie game movies and i have one newer nvidas cards lol :lol:

That is very good to know. That is one more reason to just disable the movies then. ;)

Na i just turned my anti alie thingie down to zeor and th emovies play great now ) think its just a company useing tech that most video cards arnt ready for yet lol
