ok, so here it goes:
about a week ago, i recieved a copy of the game from a friend as a gift. i installed, went fine. i booted it up, went fine. i played for an entire week, fine.
today, about an hour ago, when making my normal lil custom games (where i eliminate all other players to leave me without european competition) suddenly where before indians would be aorund despite having no slots open, now there are never indians unless i let the european powers also have access.
what can i do to get it back to just me as a colonial power but having indians everywhere without having to specify the indian nations included?
