This ties in with Civ IV Col.
So, I bought Civ IV a few months ago right? I get home all excited, I put it in install it, works fine, than I go to multiplayer, it freezes up right when it's about to load into the multiplayer game, resulting in me having to press the restart button on my comp. (IRL), so I thought oh okay, it wont happen again.. guess what, it happens again.. and again, than if I manage to get into a game, which it only works if it's 3 or less people.. than sometimes it'll ask me to wait for the others to reconnect.. than it gives me some socket error. So far my experience has been horrible with this game, and that's why I wouldn't buy colonization because it'll probably be just as buggy, and sh*tty as the IV, I like the gameplay when it WORKS, but when it doesn't, all it is just a worthless paperweight.. sigh..
BTW my system is a QX9650 HD3870X2 4 gigs of ram vista 64 bit home premium. I can max it out, none of my stuff is overheating, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Avast. I've scanned for viruses spyware adware malware. Clean.
My point is, if you want a . .. .. .. . tech support, buy this game, if you don't, save your money for something way better. I'm not saying it's a bad game, I'm saying it's just buggy as hell, and this one is obviously too, by looking at the forums.
