Hi, I just recently updated my Nvidia card after some issues with the games graphics and it worked well for the first day. However now whenever I load or start a new game, it completely freezes up for a second and then somehow reboots my computer. The card I'm using is nVidia 128MB Quadro NVS 285. Anyone know whats wrong or how to fix this?

Can you post your system specs of your cmoputer?
How much watt does your power supply... well, supply? :)

Uhh I am using a Dell Precision WorkStation 390. Not sure what the specs for it is, but i just googled it and found a PDF description for it.

I sort of fixed the problem by lowering the setting to to medium details, but I have a feeling that wasn't the main problem.

I too am having a similar issue. When I start a game, no problem. However if I load a saved game, I can get through a few more years/turns and then I get a PC reboot.
I have an Nvidia 8800 GTS video card.
I'll try lowering the video settings and see if that makes an improvement. I hope so, because each time it reboots, it messes with my dual screen settings and i have to reset them. Arggh!!

Well I tried the lower graphics and loaded a saved game. Seemed to work. I tried it a couple of times with success.
And then I quit and started a new game and it reset the pc real early into the game. Not sure what its problem is now. Although it seems if it's going to crash, it's going to do it early on and not after I've play for 3 hours.
