Hello all. I'm attempting to make a (simple?) mod that will limit the maximum culture a city can get. I tried searching the forums and only found this (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=155539) thread. It seemed simple enough, but it's not working for me. So I'm curious if it's because the information is outdated for BTS (thread is from 2006 i believe), or if theres a lot more to it than that. Sorry for being a noob :sad:
