Benazir Bhutto. There are currently very few Asian women leaders out there. But Margaret Thatcher would be fine too.

As for some of the others:

Aranor's 'No Hat Burebista' would be pretty good for El Cid without any changes.
Bernie 14's Trudeau might be a good starting point for Ataturk.
