Four, sometimes five of us regularly play civ 4 and were eagerly looking forward to col2, which we all promptly purchased.

We have been very dissapointed with the multiplayer starts though. Even on a huge map three or more players all start within a few tiles of each other. We tried the huge pre-made map of north and south america, and all five of us started just off brazil.

Because we are good friends we agree to not found a settlement until we have all spread out and found somewhere reasonable, but we shouldn't have to do that.

Please improve multiplayer start locations.
