Hey, Vehem, I've just made this monument for a guy who requested it (hungarian statue btw) but I thought that it could be used here as well. I.e. for Austrin (it's too "advanced" for chislev) since they love winds they may be in synergy with birds too :). This monument may help recon units/give special promo to eagles.
I can easily change the insignia/texture. What do you think? :)

Looks very cool - if you post the link to the file, I'll keep it in mind next time I'm hunting for a monument style building.

If you painted it white, it could be a Seagull Monument for Lanun o.o
