1. Start a building
2. While partially constructed, change to another building.
3. Cancel the previously partial construction (click it in the build list)
4. Notice at the start of the next turn you recieve a tutorial reminder stating that the building you cancelled is completed & awaiting tools.
Not particularly important, but in the instance I encountered this bug there were sufficient tools in the town, making the above message wrong on both counts! :crazyeye:
