This is my first home made bic file so please send me any problems that might be. Have'nt figured out how to upload a Screenshot. So I put one in the file Thanks :D

is this a scenario? or is it a mod?

Screenshot is very simple:

Get what you want screenshotted on screen and press the PrintScreen key. It now sits on your Clipboard. Next open an image processing thing (like PaintShopPro) and Paste it in. Finally cut out the part you want to post, save as file (pref. gif or jpg) and attach it in a post.

What constitutes a Scenario or a Mod?
I made changes to the rules so I thought it was a scenario.
If I'm wrong please correct me

Finally got it See below:D :D :D :D

a mod is the civ3mod.bic (the standard rules) changed. a scenario includes a map and some kind of objective. Like the world war 2 scenario and world war 3.

it is Tundra w/o gold, shields, or food, no cities, movment cost is 4:D

the com is gonna settle that tundra like crazy, unless you put for no cities on tundra ;)

they may settle it but if it dosen't give food would the cities die of stravation?

They can only settle the Tundra if the com. cheats because I check on no cities in the editor.
As far as I know the com. has to follow the same rules.:crazyeye:
