Here is my saved game.

Jamestown and Barbados are both producing tobacco (respectively 12 and 8 when I move the mouse over each square).

However when I press F1 and go to the Production option, it says Jamestown and Barbados are producing 8 and 11 respectively.

Only a small thing, but I wanted to report it. :)

It's correct. The F1 screen (second button I assume you mean) shows the change in storage levels of tobacco.

Jamestown: 12 produced + 2 rebel sentiment - 6 cigars = 8 stored.
Barbados: 11 produced - 0 cigars = 11 stored (you forgot to count the centre tile)
