Here's the story. I finally start the revolution, declare myself a monarch, and hoping for a quick cash infusion, sail a galleon full (and I mean FULL) of stockpiled coats to Europe. There was that "Coat Party" incident in Jubilee that kept me from trading them with mainland France, but does the rest of Europe really care?
Apparently so. Even after declaring my independence, I still have to suffer France's royal taxes and bans. Despite the fact that I am no longer trading with France, on account of the fact we're at war. Whatever European nation I am trading with must be a pack of Francophiles. :crazyeye:

i hope youre wrong because Im going to be really angry if I have to keep paying taxes after i declare independence...
