Can someone explain (in detail) how to remove some civs from the map, i dont want so many civs as it slow the game down to much.

Just go into worldbuilder and delete the ones you dont like (from trun one). It doesnt really matter on the speed though, other civs will be bigger and therefore need extra time to move their own stuff around.
