I'm playing with uppi's PatchMod with rebalanced REF (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=295702) v. 1.02 and ozzy's Accurate American starts for PatchMod.

Before you ask, yeah, I'm cheating and pumping out insane amounts of Liberty Bells, but I thought uppi's mod completely removed the dependence of Lbells on REF growth?:

has to be a calculation error, most likely due to use of a bad performing cheat function.
