The rest of the United States has been engolfed by water from when the Ice Caps had melted.
Kentucky was the only state the was saved for some reson that only GOD knows.
Now you have to start over with Kentucky partialy under water, Be nice to the land or it to will be GONE!!!!!!

Pollution effect on every terrain: Coast,
Turns for worker jobs have all been lowered for faster development,

LOL, i was gunna start work on a scenario where land turned to water, set after a WW3 or something, youve ruined my brilliant idea by doing it first ;).
I may do it anyway if i have the time :p

Anyway, Great mod, very nice, especially the coast idea :goodjob:

YA everyonce and a while I come up with a great\good idea:lol:
and try to be the first one to do it because I know I'm not the only one who thinks like me. That ain't to say that you can't put it in any Scenario though.:D
I like it because it is a perment terraform if you don't take care of the land.
I just wish that I knew how to Program, animate,& model for Civ 3 so I could make a whole different Scenario or even a Mod:confused:

You can't have a true WV scenario, because a settler can't build on a mountain tile :) (although the rocky mountain people might just call them hills which would be fine) If you did allow it, you shouldn't let towns grow past size 6 because WV doesn't really have any cities either :)

wv has 3(if you call it major)citys (charleston, huntington, and maybe wheeling)

WV has more than just 3 cities; Parkersburg, Morgantown, Clarksburg, and Beckley are all decent sized cities.

WV has no mountains? highest one is 1850 feet? LOL

I picked one at random and looked up its elevation:

Gaudineer Knob West Virginia summit 4460 feet

Well, just found the highest point, Spruce Knob is 4861 feet.
