I am planning to make one last scenario for Civ3C.
The premise for it is the alt historical background for the novel Fatherland (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fatherland_%28novel%29).
Most of the units and other graphic things I need already exist.
I just need a map of the Northern Hemisphere only.
A large map, without pre-placed resources.

Whenever I try that I get an error with the editor and it closes.

Do you have a map in mind? Something's not right if you can't do it but I'll crop it if you link it. :)

I found a map of the Old world with part of North and South America. (the one by Bolis)
That is what I needed.
The scenario will have 15 civilizations, all of them playable. (though not all of them advisable to play as)
Nazi Germany
European Union (New Roman Empire)
United States
Pro-Nazi Britain
Switzerland
Russian Remnant
Mongolia (not recommended)
China
India (not recommended)
Ottoman Empire (not recommended)
Japan
Canada (not recommended)
Mexico (not recommended)
South America (not recommended)
Korea (not recommended)
The scenario will start in 1948 with Nazi Germany in a locked war with Russia.
Nazi Germany is also in a locked alliance with Britain, and the EU.
While America is in a locked alliance with Canada, and Japan.
However to prevent the US from being at war with Germany at the start, Russia and America are the same flavor. With 100% likability, while Germany and Russia have a 1%.
I do not know yet if I want to add more units considering the Civs start in the late industrial era.
I will know if I want to add more after I get the alpha map done.
