Hey all, I may be running a LAN game at work after hours, so please give some suggestions for games that meet the following requirements:

1) Free, since we'll be using work computers
2) Easy to pick up, as some of the people there won't be gamers. Team games are good since they will balance the skill level somewhat
3) Low spec. Anything less than or equal to the requirements for Unreal Tournament 2004 should be about right.

So far all I can think of is Soldat.

Doesn't meet the first two requirements, or at least the second... apparently there's a version which runs in a browser according to this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quake_Live).

Yeah I think I'll put that one down... harder than I'd like (we may be talking some complete noobs here) but certainly meets the other two requirements. Plus it's a teamgame so that balances things out.
