What are your thoughts on using a standardized title system? For example, in this thread, have Citizen Group threads titled "Group: blahblah" and discussions titled "Discussion: blahblah".

That sounds good.

Don't really see the point, myself. Groups tend to have names that make it fairly obvious that they are groups. We can fairly safely assume that all other threads in the citizen forum are discussions of some kind.

we could also use icons for them. like the list-icon for discussions or something. if we would use a titeling system i would prefer using group for groups and nothing for discussions

I think citizen groups should be fee to use any icon, but the icon above should be used for discussions.

Yeah, the letter icon is probably a better way to go than title changes.

i think as my group says guild it means its a group but quite a lot of threads in the last forum were not groups so i see what you mean

I'm for anything that stops the threads from being clogged up with posts that nobody has looked at for weeks. This may help people to find there way around. However what about a groups sub-section in the citizens thread?

You mean a sub-sub forum? Not a chance, unfortunately. We were very lucky to get the RPG forum. The Theocracy game didn't even get its own forum.

A titleing system would work well throughout the forum. Here, the obvious 'Citizens' Group' and 'Discussion'. In the polls, 'official', and 'informational.'

Anyway, we've been playing almost a year without the DISCUSSION: / GROUP: titles... (then again, discussions used to be stickied...)
