Hi, Dale!

Are you going to add more nations in your great mod? I'm particularly interested in Russia :D. Any chance to see it in AOD soon?

Any chance on China? I know it hasn't been proven, but still, having the choice to play as would be interesting.

I'm sure you'll be thrilled to know that Tasmania is already a nation in my Australian Colonization mod. They go by the name 'Palawah'.

Please explain the historical significance of Persia? I know Oman did some colonising around the Middle East, Eastern Africa and the western islands of the Indian Ocean, but I didn't think Persia did any colonising.

persian people did some colonization too.
and persian people during sasanids empire did some colonization in oman and yeman.
they made some colonization in india , west of china , before Jesus chrisis.
and during arab muslim wars and persia they make colonization in india and china.
They also made colonization in Burma
Thay alse made colonization in africa , like Tanzania zanzibar after islam.
They also made colonization in north of Africa before and after Islam.
and after that most of fatemi leaders of Egypt , were from their colonization.

Turkmenistan were also colonized (at least in parts) by ancient persians

Yemen has been colonized at various times by other Arabs, Ethiopians, Persians, Ottoman.
and in bahrain , persia did colonising too.

Ah ok. I did not know that they held colonies.

But anyways, this is the wrong area of the World. My mod covers the New World, the Americas, and on one map it covers Oceania. But no Middle East I'm sorry.

So mostly fairly local stuff. And most, if not all, of this sounds more like conquering than colonisation.

No,
Tanzania , bahrain , oman , yeman , Egypt , ...
were not colonized , during wars!
for example in Tanzania , now many persian people live.
and they speak persian too.
They are Tanzanian , because they have lived there from many centuries ago!

OK. So perhaps it was not conquering.
But it is still not appropriate from this mod, as Dale said, because Persians didn't colonise the new world, they colonised areas more local. Northern Africa and areas directly adjacent to the existing empire.

The exception is Tanzania, however the evidence I can find tells me that the language Tanzanians speak is Swahili. Swahili has its origins in Africa, not Persia. Also, the historical architecture of the area is African in origin, not Persian.
This suggests that Persians who did come to Tanzania were mostly traders, merchants and missionaries (of sorts). Not so many colonists.
