The FNA is a group aiming to stop civil war, production of dangerous weapons by individuals and independence movements and rebellions against the law.

We are not pacifists, indeed, we believe that any rebellious movement must be dealt with swiftly and with force. However, we are also not tyrannical and will not act against any person or movement unless it can be shown that their actions are against the law or undermine the solidarity and strength of our nation.

Several rules are in place to guide our movement:
Any individual may join, as well as any group, province or department.
Cities may not join independantly.
Any member may appeal to the group for aid of any kind and the group as a whole will decide whether that aid is to be given.
All aid given by members is voluntary.
There is no leader and all members are of equal status. A spokesperson may be appointed.

Any of the above rules may be changed and any rules may be added or removed by a majority of the membership.

this group is not of phoenatican origin and is centred around conflicts of the new game and carries no bias from the old game
