Does anybody know if any future patches will enable the Map Editor to be similar to the Civ2 version? When I say this, I'm referring to the features it has. In particular, placing certain Civs in the location of your choice (this is the part I miss the most about the game). I like to play a game as the English, and start in the British Isles.

Will this happen in the near future?

It already does that. When yuo create a starting point, right click on the spot, hit properties, and there should be a place were you can choose who it belongs to. Th choices are i think None, A certain Civ, and a Certain Player.

Ahh. I tried it a while ago, and Properties wasn't there. But I downloaded the new patch, and hey presto! Woohoo!
