? for example the WWI units!

First off, questions belong in the main c&c forum.

Anyway, to add a new unit to the game you can follow many tutorials in the tutorials and reference section, this one (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=139721) for example. If you don't know anything about xml, don't worry its really easy to pick up just by trying it out.

Not sure what you mean, you just download the unit you want, and follow the tutorial to add it to your game. (I can help you more if you ask more specific questions;))
