Hey I don't spam, Most of my posts are insightful and further the conversation. The fact that I'm good at it doesn't mean I should be discriminated agianst :cry:

Quite a few other people have done similar things but thats a long list and this is quite an achievement considering half those threads had no new replies for a long time.

On another forum I'm on, someone once spammed 3 pages! (They went beserk over something), and several of us (admin included) were trying to calm him down. :) He did stop, so ended up getting banned. (he was a once-respected poster, so that's why we tried everything that night). I had to reply to the origanal threads afterwards just to get the normal topics back.

See the problem is he killed off the conversation. I add to the conversation and that makes me a big poster NOT a big spammer

Well, even I never did that, which is incredible right, but Vlad was much gifted since he could do that to OT.
Now back to the subject, I never saw such a ping pong game in the threads replies:
john, perfection, jack, perfection, joe, perfection, jill, perfection, etc...

I usually make rounds of posting, posting on thread after thread methodically if they interest me. Sometimes I get up to five last replys at one time, but that's probably all...

I post them mythodially too.

see now that is spam do you think genghis and palehorse got such high postcounts by doing that it means other people have to post in threads just to keep people interested

I noticed Perfection's little spam fest. It sickens me really. I you were to spam, at least spam in a forum, where no one would relize that your spamming. Off-topic or Civ3 General discussions. Everyone has an eye on you now. Like people had an eye on philippe as well.

The supreme subtleness is to spam without being noticed. Like I did for longs, a long time ago, when I used to be very active. He he, that's the real smartness of a God like me ;)

maybe someone should start a new thread called, "spamming strategy" so all you 2000+ posters can share your experience w/ us; i am sure perfection would appreciate that, too. ;)
