Do you approve the change to Section A of the Code of Standards as detailed below?

All Department Leaders should reply with YES, NO or ABSTAIN.

Proposed change to Section A of the Code of Standards:

1. Main Forum - Game play related information
A. Intro Thread / Meta Index
B. Game Critical Thread Index (Indexes the
Chat/Statistics, Constitution, Judicial Log and
Map threads)
C. Citizen Registry
D. Needed Stuff
E. Nomination index (seasonal)
F. Election poll index (seasonal)
G. Maps (Cartographic Society)
H. Constitution
I. Judicial Log
J. Turn chat schedule / Chat instruction thread
index / Statistics thread
K. Turn chat threads
L. Election threads (nominations, polls)
M. Only mods should open threads here. A through
F are sticky.
2. Government Sub-forum - Government related information
A. Government Thread Index (all branches)
B. Offices Index (appointed/created positions)
C. City Index and Registry
D. Budget
E. Government Threads
F. Province Threads
G. City Threads
H. Office Threads
I. Citizens are allowed to post, but not to open
their own threads. All discussion should be
spawned to the citizen forum with only a link
in the governmental forum to avoid clutter. The
result of the discussion should be brought back
to the government forum thereafter. A through D
are sticky.
3. Citizen Sub-forum - Citizen related information
A. Citizen group Index & Registry
B. Discussion Registry
C. Citizen groups
D. Discussions
E. A and B are sticky.

This change was discussed in this thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30416). This vote will remain open for 48 hours or until it receives an unbeatable majority of votes to pass or decline it, whichever comes first.

I find that this poll conflicts with no other existing Articles, Laws or Standards. It therefore passes my review

Forum Organization

I find that these changes do not conflict with the Consitution or Code of Laws, and compliments the existing Code of Standards.

Therefore it passes my review.

Chief Justice's Review

After reviewing the Constitution and Code of laws, I find this proposed standard does not conflict with the aforementioned documents.

It passes my review.

Note that this Vote will remain open for the term 1 Council. (Seeing as the term 5 council has aparently abdicated.)

I'm sorry, SaaM, but technically your vote doesn't count. Strider still isn't absent legally. He has 36 hours as of 2400 GMT to respond. After that, this vote would be legal.

Hmm, not sure how this stands legally, EA has not posted here, and the poll has been open for more than 36 hours and I was depudy when it was opened...

Exept this poll was posted for the old leaders, and I'm representing a term five leader absent for 36hours past the poll posting.

Josh, once again, this poll transfers to the new leaders, not the old ones. The first vote was even by a term 1 leader. Again, your vote doesn't count.
