Shaitan, why is there an abstain?

I assume the abstain option is there to ensure accuraccy when calculating the "census of active citizens". If it wasn't included we could risk ending up with an artificially low number.

saam its only elections it would matter if he was away from his actual job but at the moment he doesnt have the job yet so it doesnt really matter

To answer the missing candidate questions:

Correct, Strider's presence here is not mandatory at this time.

If the other candidates tie, they will have a runoff for the Deputy position.

If Strider does not return he will be replaced by the Deputy.

If he's not back by 9/7 the President has the authority to remove him from office. In that case the Deputy becomes the Leader and appoints a new Deputy.

Sorry for my inactivty.... I just got released from the hospital yesturday and haven't felt like getting on my computer till now.

Just incase your wondering.... car accident.... couple of broken ribs ALOT of stich's and a broken leg.

I'm fine now.... My muscles is still stiff, but other than me the person who was driving got thrown out of the vechile into a tree(or that's what he told me... He probley got thrown out of the vechile and "rolled" into a tree), but anyway he broke his leg and I broke mine and was trapped under the stupid vechile for half the time. That night will be something in my memory for along time.
