I think I'll break the tie and pick Babylon. The Celts might be a bit too easy with the agricultural trait if we happen to have cattle/wheat, along with their Gaelic Swords.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but are we planning on having a runoff of the top two?

Ya know, I should have seen this coming, Black Hole. This is really a close race. If enough people post in favor of ending this poll early and doing a runoff poll of the top two, I don't have a problem with it.

In case of a tie we should throw out the top two and go with the third choice.

I'd like to play with the Byzantines, mainly to see if their dromons and their seafaring trait will be of any use to us. Also we could adopt their ceremonial for the roleplaying part of the demo game ;-)
