When you Ctrl-shift-p and got to change civ, there is a dropdown list for leaders. Most often when you are changing leaders, you want to change a strategy and take advantage of a trait, but the droplist just has the name of the leader, not their traits.

i think that a small but great improvement would be to add [EXP]/[IMP] next to the leader name.
