As you are likely aware the Judge Advocate could not be found anywhere! We checked under rocks, behind trees, even in wells! I lead the search party myself and I could find no clues of his existence, therefore the court ruled his office to be vacant (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.php?p=7859793&postcount=16).
According to the constitution, you are granted sole authority to appoint a new Judge Advocate. If you need any assistance in your recruitment, you know where my rock is.

As you are likely aware a judicial review has been filed against my citizens association, the AADP. As such, I will recuse myself from the case and have decided to appoint donsig to act as a Pro Tem Chief Justice, but this action requires Presidential approval. Could you please state your approval/disapproval in the judiciary?
