hey,
I am playing for a long time civilization 3 and I create my own scenario's.
I'm from Belgium so I can't understand half of the threads in this forum.
i have always wanted to play a scenario where all 31 civilizations are in war with each other. is there any way i could do this. if not can i at least improve the 4 locked alliances in the editor with a little more ?

I also wish we could have more than 4 alliances/wars, but not as far as I know.. :(
And welcome to Civfanatics!

hey,
thanks for your reply.
i have another question.
can I than change the locked alliance after I started my game.
by example
civ A is at war with civ B
civ B and Civ C are at peace
after playing a while the game
can i change the settings that civ A and civ C are at war and play further ?
by that way i can put the survivors against each other.
thanks.

Sadly, no. :( Alliances are part of a mod's/scenario's basic structure.

You could try to increase the aggressivity to every civilization, so they are more likely to go to war.

The smaller (more crowded) the map, the more likely the civs will go to war.

And in scenarios with fixed maps you can preplace war-triggers (using the submarine bug).

i am going to try the ideas mentioned in this thread.

do you mean that if a ship unwanted attacks the submarine war is declared ?

Yes - and this "sub" also can be on land. Per example the Russian-Finnish winter war in SOE is always caused by such a "war-trigger".
