Hello, I just downloaded the Age of Imperialism scenario. I'm playing Civ 3 Complete on a Mac. I moved the .biq file in with the rest of the scenarios, but didn't move the sounds/text/art folders, as I'm not sure where they go. As I expected, the scenario didn't load. Could someone please instruct a beginner on how to properly install a scenario? Thank you very much.

every mod/scenario is a copy of the folder/filestructure of the game.
put the biq in the scenarion folder.
then there should be a main folder in the scenario folder.
then you can mimic the folder structure of the original game.
so its basically
scenarios\aoi.biq
scenarios\aoi\text\...
scenarios\aoi\art\...
scenarios\aoi\sounds\...
only have conquests and not complete and not a mac, should work though

ok, that worked. now there's a new problem. I choose who I want to be etc., and as the actual game is loading, I get this:
" Load Error
FILE NOT FOUND
'Art\Units\British Indian Inf WW1\..\Infantry\InfantryDeath.flc'
The game will now exit."

I believe, the death animation for the British Indian Inf WW1 unit (InfantryDeath.flc) is missing from the unit's folder or the path in the unit's .ini file is incorrect.

pardon my ignorance, but how do I go about correcting it?

I do not have the Game you are playing but check the CIV III Unit Folder for the Infantry Unit and look for the InfantryDeath.flc in the Folder. Make sure it is there and check the name.
Your British Indian Inf WW1 Unit seems to be using a Link to the Death Flc for the Infantry Unit.
Check the British Indian Inf WW1 Unit .ini file and make sure the Link to the Infantry Unit is correct.
DEATH=..\Infantry\InfantryDeath.flc
